For Your First Visit
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to allow time to complete or update medical records.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please inform us
at least 24 hours in advance. Surgical procedures require
72 hours of cancellation notice.
